CHEN STYLE TAI CHI CENTRE - EAST GRINSTEAD

The East Grinstead Chen Style Tai Chi Centre teaches and promotes the principles and philosophy of Tai Chi (Taijiquan). The Centre is based in Sussex in the UK and produces teaching and demonstration DVDs, and Books, holds instructional classes in East Grinstead, organizes training courses throughout Europe, and annual student study trips to China.

CENTRE NEWS (January 2010)

Winter-Spring (Term Dates) 2010
All classes are held at the East Grinstead Sports Club (Ashdown Suite) from week commencing Tuesday 12th January 2010.

Tuesday (8-9pm) - 83 Forms, Part 1 & 2 (Intermediate)
Tuesday (9-10pm) - 83 Forms, Part 3 & 4 (Intermediate)
Wednesday (6-7pm) - Qigong Energy (All Students)
Wednesday (7-8pm) - 11 Short Form (All Students)

Note: The Sword Form will replace the 83 Form training on the first Tuesday of every month starting in February. Click here to pay on-line and receive a 20% discount.

Chinese New Year - Tiger
Arriving on the 14th February will see the beginning of spring and the year of the Tiger. This will be an exciting year of change and opportunity, but make sure you remain flexible and open to the changes that will be on their way. The Centre will arrange a special meal on Saturday 20th February in celebration.

Website Launch 2010
The Centre will be looking to launch it's new site early in the new year. Our hope is to get everyone involved during this time and we would be grateful of any assistance you may be able to offer during this time. More info coming soon....
