This is a (Yang-based) challenging and high-intensity class
with emphasising the external and practical aspects of Tai Chi Chuan through the use of Push-Hands and Qin-Na (joint Locking). Throughout this 12-week course you'll have the opportunity to learn powerful techniques for using Tai Chi in self-defence situations, whilst developing capability for fa-jing energy release to remove energetic blockages and open the bodies channels.
This powerful 12-week program blends fast and dynamic movements with a specifically selected range of core-strength & fitness based exercises to strengthen the body inside and out. Our aim during thsi course is to focus on the physical and mental aspects of training to increase confidence, build strength and tone to improve the overall condition of the body.
